Sculpt is a dynamic, full-body class that blends Pilates with strength training for a more intense, results-driven workout. This is where control meets energy.

Expect a steady burn and elevated pace. We incorporate light weights, ankle weights, resistance bands, and Pilates props to challenge your muscles, build strength, and increase endurance—while still staying rooted in Pilates form and technique.

Sculpt is designed to tone, strengthen, and lengthen your body. You’ll leave feeling worked, energized, and stronger with every class.

Take your training further with sessions designed specifically for you and your goals.
