Coming from college soccer, I’ve always been drawn to discipline, structure, and showing up with intention. I bring that same mindset into my teaching, but in a way that feels grounded, simple, and good in your body.
What started as a passion project has grown into something I’m really proud of, shaped by everything I learned through sport- - consistency, focus, and the value of doing things with purpose.
Outside of teaching, you’ll find me on a boat, in the water surfing, out with my puppy Scooby, or on a mission to find good food.

My classes are built to be intentional and effective- - drawing from an athletic background, controlled intentional challenges are my sweet spot. It’s about moving well, building strength, and actually feeling connected to what you’re doing.
